Had a bike fitting with Jay today. It was a blast and I really enjoyed myself. I felt very well taken care of and valued. With coffee, water, and lots of trial and error, we laid a great foundation. The fine-tuning will come at the next appointment, including adjusting the clipless pedals. Jay strikes me as very competent yet relaxed. A great combination. The rest of the team was also super friendly. A big thank you to the workshop for tightening the bolts. I'll gladly come to you for maintenance in the future. New regular customer unlocked ✅️ See you in two weeks.

Highly recommended! I purchased a new Cube e-bike online from a dealer because they were the first to have it available. After delivery, I discovered that the rear brake line was leaking, and the pads and disc were smeared with brake fluid. The dealer suggested I visit a nearby workshop instead of sending the bike back via freight forwarding, and they would cover the costs. After an extensive search, I found a workshop that could repair the brakes, partly because the SRAM Maven Bronze brakes are still relatively new. I finally found what I was looking for at Zweiradshop Niederhofer. Within a week, the bike was ready, the brakes were properly broken in, and the bike was handed over to me exactly as I would have wanted it from the original dealer. The repairs and service were completed there, and I will have all my future service needs done there. Service, quality, and, above all, customer friendliness are highly valued there. Special thanks go to Kevin for the quick solution to the problem.

Top bike shop with fantastic service – highly recommended! The advice was excellent from the start, and the service continued to be outstanding after the purchase: defects that were present from the factory and only became apparent later were fixed by the shop without any fuss. Anna, in particular, went above and beyond to help with all our requests – dedicated, friendly, and competent. That's exactly how it should be! A clear recommendation.

My Gates belt on my R&M Super Delight suddenly snapped. A real oddity, supposedly it almost never happens. But it did – after only 8500 km! Now I was desperately in trouble! Where could I get a replacement part, especially while traveling by bike? The answer was obvious: Niederhofer Bike Shop! I stumbled across them by chance, hadn't bought my bike there, but they helped me out immediately. Half an hour later, my bike was working again. Many thanks!

I was very satisfied with Jay's consultation. I explained my requirements for my bicycle to him, and we went through the pros and cons of the various models. Thanks to his expertise, it wasn't a drawn-out process that wasted unnecessary time, and we quickly reached an agreement. The additional installation of the kickstand, mudguards, and luggage rack only took a day and a half, and even the mounting for a pannier rack was possible on short notice.

Premium class service, great range of products, all at competitive prices. I bought my new bike here and after arranging an appointment, I had the opportunity to ask questions and have a test ride on the chosen model. Two days after closing the deal, I received a call that the bike is ready for pick up, fully assembled and fine tuned. Highly recommended!
