The staff was busy handling postal business. There wasn't a single salesperson in sight to offer assistance. We wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but without any help, we left empty-handed. A frustrating shopping experience.

Very unfriendly to customers. Very inflexible when it comes to exchanging defective goods. The saleswoman accused us of deliberately damaging the goods. "Support local businesses" NO WAY!!!!!!
