I ordered blue fist protectors. Although they were listed as available in the shop, someone called me shortly afterward to say they were no longer in stock and a new shipment would take a few weeks. I accepted. After months of waiting, I occasionally inquired by email, but never received a reply. This shop doesn't seem to bother with emails; why even bother having an email address? After months, I still hadn't received a response. A package finally arrived, and what was inside? Red fist protectors, which I didn't want because they were also available on Amazon and other sites. Of course, I received no response when I inquired about a return and refund. Never again.

I ordered two karate uniforms on May 28, 2023, and paid via PayPal. After three weeks, I still haven't received them. On June 11, after a phone call, I was verbally assured that the goods would be delivered within five business days at the latest. Unfortunately, this still hasn't happened. It's also impossible to reach anyone by phone anymore, and they don't return calls. I probably won't be ordering from them again.
