Absolutely satisfied! I needed a pair of new running shoes and went to the store yesterday. I had requested specific models via email in advance – they were in stock, as confirmed. I didn't have to wait and was able to try on all the models and test-run as best I could in the store. The employee was very friendly and helpful. The prices are the same as the manufacturers' online prices. When paying, it was even cheaper by creating a customer account and getting a birthday discount :) I also think the 14-day fit guarantee is great. With running shoes, you can only be completely sure that they fit well after one or two proper runs. One small criticism: The insoles I bought with them were one size too small for the shoes. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home. But since they fit well in my other running shoes, it's not a problem for me and I simply buy the larger ones. So, I didn't feel any worse off than I did in the Frankfurt running shop!

Intersport Krumholz – Excellent Service and Highly Recommended I recently visited Intersport Krumholz in Bad Homburg, on Louisenstraße, and it's always a pleasure to stop by when I need something for my sporting needs. For me, it's definitely the place to go because I know I'll not only find a wide selection but also receive honest and expert advice. The entire team is very friendly and dedicated – you can tell they work with heart. I'd especially like to thank Nathalie, who really took the time to listen attentively and gave me targeted advice. Her calm and clear manner made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The other employees also deserve high praise – you can simply tell that everyone there is committed and friendly. It's wonderful to see that specialist shops like this still exist – with genuine advice, a personal touch, and a team that is attentive and knowledgeable about its customers. Highly recommended!
