This year, I had my mandatory health check-up with my statutory health insurance provider. In addition, I had a personalized consultation with Alex from KörperManagement regarding preventative care, and we put together a comprehensive package. Alex contacted me very promptly to discuss the results and provided me with detailed and personalized advice. He specifically recommended a few dietary supplements and gave me valuable additional nutritional tips. All in all, a very pleasant, professional, personalized, and effective experience.

I booked a one-hour online training session, and what I received exceeded my expectations. First, we had a preliminary discussion where I shared my expectations and wishes. A technical check ensured that the session started without any problems. During the session, I was shown so many exercises that I now have all the tools I need for my continued training. High-quality equipment, never crowded, always plenty of space, air-conditioned rooms, clean changing rooms, and trainers always on hand to offer help and advice. Highly recommended!
