My pedal broke, and I had to lift the saddle and remove the bell from my bike. It was a bit difficult to find a repair shop, but they did everything for me free of charge and to a very high standard. Therefore, I can highly recommend this shop. It's excellent.

If you're expecting a traditional bike shop, this isn't the place for you. It's a small, stylish bike lounge with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Here, customers are truly valued, and they do everything they can to assist you. I'm very happy with the service my bike received. If you like, you can even wait for your bike while enjoying a cappuccino in the stylish lounge. I feel comfortable here with my bike – I'll definitely be back.

So I was in the shop today, unfortunately they no longer do repairs on e-scooters, what a shame.

Damn hard to find, no signs, no directions, just nothing. I spent 15 minutes looking for the shop. I wanted to rent a trekking bike for the weekend. There were only four women's e-bikes there, all too small. Everything looks very unprofessional, and everyone negotiates in a corridor—very disappointing! Bike rentals are definitely different. It looks like they pretend to be bike manufacturers, but have everything assembled in the Far East. 🤣 Unfortunately, I can't recommend the shop.

Since our rental bikes are currently in high demand, there may unfortunately be shortages in certain categories. We offer our rental bikes in the common frame sizes S, M, and L. We also offer individual models in XL. However, our selection is naturally limited compared to a bike shop.<br><br>We would also like to clarify a few points:<br><br>Rental prices and contract: We work with a fixed price list for all our rental bikes. The rental terms and prices are set out in a transparent rental contract, which each customer receives and completes before renting. We do not negotiate.<br><br>Business area: We are not a bicycle manufacturer. Our core business is the production of high-quality e-bike frames as a supplier to other bicycle brands on the global market (with a focus on Europe).<br><br>It's a real shame that you gave us such a dismissive 1-star rating. Nevertheless, we wish you a pleasant time in Bad Nauheim.

Broken chain. A bit hard to find... Super friendly, repaired the chain and did a few other minor things, all at an absolutely great price. My number one choice around Bad Nauheim.

The people who work there are incredibly friendly; I received excellent advice, and my bicycle repair was done quickly and very neatly. I highly recommend them.

I popped in on a whim because the gear shifter on my e-bike had broken. What can I say? The problem was fixed the very next day. Totally competent, very quick and responsive, AND the whole package was offered at a fair price. While they were at it, they also fixed two other minor issues I hadn't even noticed (chain tension, pedal tightening). Absolutely: I wholeheartedly recommend them! 👍
