We were tourists in Bad Nauheim & visited this store by chance to purchase an item for a baby. Sadly it was not in stock, however the sales associate Alena from Belarus who was very helpful and friendly persuaded us to buy a different product. For a small town like Bad Neuheim this department store is a treasure. All of the staff were friendly, polite & professional, congratulations to the management who I assume lead by example. Well worth a visit!!

Alles Sie brauchen hier finden. Spielzeuge, Werkzeuge, Kleidung, usw. Tienda muy completa, ropa, herramientas, juguetes. No es la opción más barata siempre pero te salva. Find all you need, toys, hardware, tools, clothes. Not the cheapest option always but everything in one place.

Extremely suspicious with clients who are watching products. The staff at the sewingcraft department more the one time was unfriendly to the limit of rudeness.
