Excellent service and absolutely fair prices. The only downside: it seems others have noticed this too, so you sometimes have to wait a while for an appointment. But then it's quick (usually the next day). They can be a bit quirky at times, but they know exactly what they're doing.

On a bike ride, my wife complained about problems with her bicycle. We happened to be passing by, and even though they were quite busy, a friendly colleague took the time to check on her bike. Within a minute, he had found the loose screw on the shock absorber and tightened it securely. Thank you so much for your prompt and helpful assistance.

I recently took my bike there for a service. All the other bike shops had turned me away because I have a somewhat unusual model. Everything went perfectly. The bike rides like new 👍. Top service and expert advice – my go-to bike shop! Update May 2024: I bought my new bike here again, and I can highly recommend this shop! I received thorough advice, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy something I didn't need. Honest and friendly – ​​customer service is their top priority! It's nothing like buying online. TOP workshop in the Taunus region! My touring bike needed a special crank replacement, and the local shops only offered me the wrong crank or offered no advice. Thanks to the master mechanic at the workshop, I got the right crank and my bike is back in use! Great, thanks for that!

Fantastic advice! They took their time and, most importantly, listened carefully to my needs. They even recommended test rides, which really helped me decide... now that's what I call customer service! Excellent! ...And I can pick up my bike next week... ;-)
