So, what can I say? The shop and the staff are simply fantastic! 🤗👍 I dropped off my old handlebars yesterday and went straight in for a handlebar change after a ride today. The staff were incredibly quick to accommodate me during their lunch break, and after just 1.5 hours, I was able to ride home with my gravel bike and new handlebars. 🙏🙏 Thank you so much for this exceptional service! I hope the owner knows what capable employees he has! 😉🚵

Is Germany a service desert for cyclists? Not at 2Rad-Circle in Bad Vilbel! I just picked up both of our mountain bikes and everything was in top condition. Parts were only replaced after a request and a phone consultation, and they were also inexpensive. We had the same good experience with our road bikes three weeks ago, so it wasn't a one-and-done deal. Plus, they had an "immediate" appointment and repaired parts within three days. VeloZeit and Cube franchises could really learn a thing or two from this!

Based on a recommendation, I went to the shop today as a new customer with a problem. They took care of me immediately and repaired my bike in 30 minutes. You're in good hands here and receive very friendly, fast, and competent service. That's no longer the standard in the industry, but it is here. Thank you!

My old, dusty mountain bike with a wobbly frame, broken gears, and faulty brakes was brought back to perfect working order. Many a bike mechanic had struggled with that wobbly frame, and now I don't feel a thing. Super friendly, easy communication, modern facilities, and all at a very fair price. All I can say is THANK YOU.

Hi, my son Max has recently been supported by 2rad-circle with MTB wheels. These are equipped with Berd fiber spokes and Tairin hubs on 30mm carbon rims – light, stiff = super fast. Thank you so much! 🤩

I had requested a new chain be installed. I was told to come back in two days to pick up my bicycle. When I returned two days later, I received a bill for €160 because, without my consent, they had installed new handlebars, tires, and other parts. As if that weren't enough, they installed the chain incorrectly. It broke while I was shifting gears while riding. So, I essentially threw away €160 because they're only interested in profit and use shoddy workmanship to force customers to return and spend even more money.

Great little bike shop with professional and, above all, very personal service! Definitely the first choice in the Bad Vilbel area.
