I bought a bike here this summer. My experience: - Excellent, expert advice. - My needs were always taken into account. - Well-organized appointment scheduling. - Always offered coffee, and it tasted amazing. - After two months, the power outlet cover broke for the second time, but I even got the second cover for free. I'll definitely buy my next bike here again 🧿

I chose my new e-bike online and found it at Sport Express. They offered my new bike at an unbeatable price. The communication beforehand via email and the entire transaction were completely satisfactory. My bike was delivered just two days after I transferred the payment – fantastic! I can absolutely recommend Sport Express.

Very poor service. I took my bike in for repair in June because some gears weren't shifting properly and there was a constant clicking noise when I pedaled. The estimate was €400, which wasn't a problem for me since I still had a warranty and would have been reimbursed. So I explicitly told them to do everything, no matter the cost. The repair was supposed to take two weeks. After that time had passed, I called and was told they were still working on it. A few days later, it turned out that my bike hadn't been repaired at all because they had simply forgotten about it. I wasn't able to pick it up until another day or two later. I was told that they had only straightened the sprocket and that the repair would cost €40. I don't know much about bikes and assumed that the problem was solved. However, after about 50 km of riding and roughly a month later, one gear started malfunctioning again. I accepted it since it was a gear I hardly ever used. I was told that the sprocket had only been straightened and that the repair would cost €40. Last week, the next problem arose: While riding, there was a loud noise. When I pedaled, the chain and sprocket turned, but the tire didn't move. According to Sport Express, the mechanic only does "what absolutely needs to be done." As you can see, he clearly didn't. When I inquired, I was simply told I could come back for a new estimate. Naturally, I told them I certainly wasn't going to pay for that again, as it was clearly their fault. It would have been a win-win for everyone if they had actually replaced or properly repaired the defective parts: I would have had a working bike, and Sport Express would have even earned more, since the warranty would have covered it anyway. For me, this is the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. I will definitely never go there again.

I was looking for a new gravel bike. Cube appealed to me after some online research, and while searching for a suitable shop, I ended up here. Very pleasant advice and service, I can only recommend it! I will remain loyal to this shop, which offers the necessary service. The bike itself was even available much earlier than expected – perhaps more by chance than anything else, but a pleasant surprise in any case.

Thank you so much for the amazing help today! I got stranded with a flat tire in Bad Vilbel at 5:15 pm on Friday, and I received immediate assistance. Less than 20 minutes later, I was back on the road with a new inner tube. Even the payment process was pleasant, with very reasonable and fair prices. 👏👏👏

New owner. Well-stocked with a wide range of bikes. You immediately get the feeling that the man behind the counter knows his stuff. I popped in quickly because of a technical problem with my Cube. It quickly became clear that this is a dealer who not only sells bikes but also knows his stuff in the workshop. I have a special brake system and needed to replace the brake pads. These weren't your average, run-of-the-mill pads. The correct pads were ordered and installed with great expertise at a fair and reasonable price. Furthermore, the charging port cover, which had cracked again, was replaced free of charge. I think this dealer is going to be a great success. I'll definitely be back. And as for the mechanic in the workshop: finally, someone with a plan and a sense of humor! Thank you!!!
