Why two negative reviews lead the overall very positive rating remains the algorithm's secret. What's certain is that there's no reason to fear any limitations in terms of advice and friendliness. We're both extremely satisfied with the new goalkeeper gloves for my son. A friendly approach, a clear recommendation, and a high-quality pair of gloves at a good price made the purchase perfect. I can thankfully do without the mass-produced goods found in typical sporting goods stores.

Oh, I thought I'd written that review back then... Last year, I was in that store with my son (15 years old), and we asked about handball shoes. The response was that they handed us a pair of shoes and declared, "These are the best handball shoes there are." That was it! No advice, nothing. It couldn't get any more unenthusiastic. We then went to Intersport in Loop5 and got what we wanted: handball shoes in the right size at a good price.

I went there with my son to buy new soccer shoes for him. Unfortunately, the employee was very listless and seemed completely disinterested. He simply asked for my son's shoe size without any interest in his actual needs – he didn't ask about his position, the surface, or previous experience. Instead of helpful tips, we were randomly presented with a pair of shoes. No comparison, no explanation, no real advice. I would have expected more commitment, especially when it comes to children's shoes. Conclusion: If you value expert knowledge and friendly advice, this is unfortunately the wrong place. We left without making a purchase.

I was looking for a new pair of running shoes. I wear a size 47, which isn't a problem these days since that size is standard in shoe stores. At Ms. Bott's sports shop, they only had two pairs, and both were too narrow. I expected better. The shop is also very disorganized and confusing. However, the gentleman who served me was very friendly.

The shop is still owner-operated. Customer service is a top priority here! Delivery is very fast. A huge selection. The prices are unbeatable! If you're looking for a shop that still prioritizes service, then this is the place for you!! I highly recommend Sport Bott!!

A small, owner-operated shop specializing in football equipment. We were there today with our son and received a very friendly welcome and expert advice. Our visit only took about 5 minutes because they immediately recommended and showed us the right products based on our individual needs, all at reasonable prices. Another positive point is that they have an artificial turf mat where you can test the shoes a bit. Overall, a very well-rounded experience that proved successful. We'll definitely be back.

Today was our first time there with my son to buy football boots, and it certainly won't be the last. We received excellent and friendly service. The selection was also ample. In the end, my son is happy and satisfied with his great pair of football boots from the store...
