I personally enjoy shopping at the Bruchköbel branch. However, on my last two visits, the selection seemed a bit too limited. There was a lack of everything. A proper selection would be better. As of March 2024, McTrek has filed for bankruptcy.

It's a shame that the last McTrek stores will likely have to close. Hopefully, a worthy successor/investor can be found. To the staff, keep your chin up and good luck and all the best! Hopefully, see you soon in a new look or new packaging. Fingers crossed 😉👍

I'm incredibly disappointed. Where's the McTrek I used to go to in Frankfurt? There's no selection anymore, and the prices aren't even a bargain. On top of that, half the store is sublet with cheap clothing from Adler, etc. It's absolutely not worth the trip.

The store was very clean and tidy, the merchandise was well-organized and easy to navigate, I received excellent advice, and I made a purchase there. What I liked best was that the merchandise was displayed inside, unlike in other stores where the entrance is crammed with racks – it's so flea market-like. I'm really impressed and will definitely come back. I wish I could give it more stars.

Nice store. Unfortunately, not a single hiking boot in size 42 or 43 was available. Only 45, 46, and 47. My size would always sell out quickly. That's odd about shoes. But no purchase without trying them on.

Very friendly staff in the store. Very tidy, clean, and well-organized. I was immediately informed about a special offer and saved 30% on my first item. That's what I call service, and that's how you win loyal customers. Update: I was again immediately informed about a current promotion today. The advice I received on hiking boots was also quite good.

I rated five stars for the choice and potential service. Today I was there and based on the service today I would have to give them a two rating but we hope not all day's are like today! I needed some small items today...the first guy literally disappears when I approach him for help..when he came back he didn't have a clue..the lady at the cash desk was more involved with chatting to her colleagues another lady brushed me away saying she was busy elsewhere and another young lady also could not help and you know what I needed? A drawstring for a backpack...so simple but today over staffed with people passing the buck! This is not the way to keep returning customers.

I placed my first order while looking for functional underwear. Delivery was very fast, and the items matched the descriptions exactly. I was very pleased with the return bonus because I didn't send anything back – a nice surprise for customers who do their research before ordering – thank you! Strange, but I couldn't find a way to rate the items I purchased.
