Up until the sale (a Cube e-bike), everything was great (the salespeople really tried hard), but after that, the service was nonexistent. If you have questions later, you get rude answers. This just happened when I asked why I wasn't informed about a recall. The answer: "As a retailer, we're not obligated to do that." Well... for spending several thousand euros on a bicycle, I would have expected better service... and this isn't the first time I've been annoyed about buying my bike there.

I am absolutely delighted with the entire process of getting my e-bike through JobRad at Bike N Boards. I would especially like to commend the staff's dedication: they took an extraordinary amount of time, were consistently very friendly, and discussed every single detail with me thoroughly. The team handled the vast majority of the JobRad application process for me. This saved me a tremendous amount of time and effort, and everything was structured, transparent, and completely stress-free. They paid close attention to my individual needs and requirements, so I always felt I was in good hands and well taken care of. A bike shop where service, expertise, and customer focus are truly valued. Highly recommended!

Service and advice are simply top-notch. I was looking for my first e-bike. Initially, I had a different idea of what a bike would look like for a comfortable ride with a child trailer. Silja first showed me a step-through bike (which I initially thought would be right for me). It was very comfortable to ride. Then she showed me a great trekking bike (Scott Axis). I immediately fell in love with the bike. She explained everything to me in detail, did a body analysis, and checked to make sure everything fit. I told her how I wanted to use the bike, and she found the perfect bike for me. They installed a different axle so I could take my trailer with me. When I picked it up, they attached the adapter, and I was finally able to effortlessly zoom off with my little one. This bike is really fun to ride. Thanks again :)

Fantastic bike shop with outstanding service! A special thank you to Uli Schön, who gave me excellent advice when choosing my first road bike. From professional sit bone measurement to taking individual anatomical features into account, he found the perfect bike for me, one I'm sure I'll enjoy for years to come. Uli always has a witty remark ready, and you can really feel his passion for cycling. Besides the bike, he showed me all the options for useful accessories in different price ranges, so I could make a well-informed decision. At no point did I get the impression that Uli was trying to sell me the most expensive equipment to maximize my spending. All his recommendations were sound and tailored to my specific needs. One more request to everyone reading this: Please buy from local bike shops instead of online. It supports the local economy, and the excellent advice is irreplaceable. Keep up the great work, BikesnBoards team!

I found out about the shop through a colleague. We went there completely spontaneously without an appointment, which wasn't a problem at all. Our vaccination records were checked, and we were allowed to enter (18 people max). It's fantastic! My husband saw my dream bike from the entrance. 😍 It was exactly what I was looking for. Andre advised us, and we felt very comfortable and well-informed. After a short test ride, we made our decision. We prepared the necessary paperwork and said our goodbyes for the time being. A week later, I came back to Butzbach for the handover. This time, I was served by a super friendly saleswoman. I would have loved to take the bike with me, but it didn't fit in the car. Today, it was delivered to my home. This also went perfectly. I'm completely satisfied. Thanks again to everyone involved; you're all amazing! I've already had two inspections, and the service is just as excellent as the first time I visited the shop. 🥰
