I bought a new bike a few days ago and wanted to change the pedals. I couldn't get the old ones off, though. I asked Bike Party for help, and they helped me right away, even though they were already very busy. They even asked if I wanted them to put on the new ones I had in my backpack. Of course, I hadn't bought them from them. Very friendly and highly recommended! I feel like I'll get honest help here whenever I have questions!

I've had my bike repaired here twice now, and each time it was done quickly, easily, and professionally. Very fair and trustworthy. You experience a level of helpfulness and customer service here that many other bike shops in Darmstadt have lost.

Friendly, personable, competent, dedicated, hardworking, fast…and all of that with a SUPER rating! I'm so happy to have found this fantastic bike shop and Arnold. I dropped my bike off Friday afternoon – no appointment necessary. On Saturday, I was able to pick it up perfectly serviced and overhauled. 🙂 Where else can you find service like that? Arnold is great and reliable. Since he's a "one-man show" and really takes his time to advise his clients, you have to be a little patient when scheduling appointments.

I was very impressed how friendly and helpful the shop owner is , he helped me to understand what has to be done to the bike , and what my options are , and he gave me a couple good options to choose from. Overall great service, i would recommend .

Visited this shop a while ago and met the friendliest bicycle repair shop in town. Arnold is super helpful with a very welcoming attitude. He explains everything that needs to be done very well and he's an efficient person. If you're not sure where to fix your bike in Darmstadt city, here's definitely recommended!

Bike Party is a young business, but don't let that scare you away! Arnold is a great guy who knows his stuff. I took my E-Bike to him for a spring check-up. He got it in top working order and now it rides super smoothly and reliably. Arnold kept me updated about how long it would take, was very fast and the price was great. Compared to other bike shops in town, the turnaround time is unbeatable. I will definitely be back to Bike Party and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get their bike fixed!
