Unfortunately, their competence was only mediocre :( I received different information from different employees, and the actual problem with the bike wasn't resolved. Apparently, my display was broken, but I didn't receive any further definitive information.

A small, rather cramped shop – but that's precisely what makes it so charming. You receive a super friendly welcome and immediately feel at ease. The service is excellent: honest, competent, and without any sales pressure. You can tell that people with genuine experience and passion are at work here. Recommended! They have knowledge of all E-Bikes and are always eager to learn more. Also curiosity for strange problems brings this shop way ahead over other repair shops. Don't mind the dog, she's fine. Good for a quick visit, don't forget to pay a tip.

The week before last, I heard a rattling noise on my wife's bike. I took it to the shop. The problem was immediately identified, solved, and repaired inexpensively. Thank you. That's what I call excellent service. I can't understand the poor service at all. Yesterday, September 11th, I went there again because the brake pads were worn out. They took care of the problem immediately. Everything was finished by the afternoon. You couldn't get better service. If there were 10 stars, I would give them. Great team. Thank you.

Very pleasant and competent service. They really made sure the bike was a perfect fit for me. They patiently accommodated my many special requests, as I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Another positive point: they also accept bikes not purchased here in their workshop, which is something I've experienced differently at other bike shops in Darmstadt. Thank you for the great service!

I bought my bike here; the advice was excellent, they even had more complex models in stock, and they even replaced the handlebars upon request (another dealer wanted to order the bike, which would have taken 6-8 weeks). Exceptional service. Going there directly saves a lot of time and effort. This company was by far the best in our search for a bicycle.

A fantastic team! My partner and I configured two R&M Cruiser 3 bikes online. When you're spending that much money, you naturally want to buy from a dealer you feel comfortable with, and for us (after visiting all the dealers in the area), eeemotion was definitely the right choice. Friendly, straightforward, and reliable. We'll definitely buy our next bikes here again!
