One star is actually too much! Chaos in the store and incorrect prices on the merchandise. At the checkout, they quoted a higher price with the explanation that one couldn't expect all prices to be correct on January 2nd. Ridiculous!

Total disappointment! We wanted to buy shoes today, but unfortunately, the staff in the store seemed completely uninterested in the other customers, and to top it off, they were playing loud Turkish music. Unbelievable! What have we ended up in??🫣 And since when is that kind of music played in stores like this? We left earlier than expected and empty-handed. Disastrous!

So, I'm giving five stars solely for the one employee who actually helped me. His name is Mr. Zheng. I liked a shoe and simply wanted the right one, as the left one was on display. It should have been easy enough to just go to the stockroom, get the other pair, and come back, but the employee couldn't manage it. I had to wait quite a while, and in the end, they said they didn't know, that they didn't have it. But Mr. Zheng helped me immediately. Even though I had already tried on other shoes, he quickly went to the stockroom and got it for me, even though he was working the cash register. He brought the shoe that his colleague couldn't find to me, still in its original packaging, in just two minutes. So, in my opinion, he's a real salesman. Since I also work in sales, this guy deserves a ten out of ten. Thank you for your dedication and your excellent work. I wish him all the best. I hope he reads this review and is proud of the work he does. But Mr. Zheng helped me immediately. Thanks to this employee, I was able to buy the shoes today, and I was very happy. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to buy them, as my colleagues had shown such a lack of interest.

It's good, with a small selection of international brands, but it's not very spacious. The staff were exactly as they wanted to be, and their smiles never left their faces.

A compact shop, but a good selection of shoes. Some clothing with a few good deals. The ladies here are friendly and helpful, even with loud demanding customers.
