Great service - friendly, competent, efficient. By far the best workshop in DA. Went there with a problem on my drivetrain and fixes it right there on the spot, replacing all the bolts in the Kettenblatt, free of charge.

Rude behaviour and won't take a look at cycle if it's not bought from them.

THANK YOU ;-))) UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR OR INSPECTE BIKES FROM MAIL ORDER SHOPS. WE TRY TO SERVE EVERY CUSTOMER RIGHT. AND OF COURSE, WE ALSO CHECK OUT BIKES FROM OTHERS. IF I SEE THAT THEY ARE BIKES FROM BASED SHOPS, WE TAKE A LOOK AT THEM AS WELL: WE BELIEVE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DEALER.

I'm really happy about the service. Went there already about three times without an appointment and got the (small) issues with my bike fixed very fast. If there wasn't much work/material involved, it sometimes got fixed for free. They also give good advice, are friendly and the prices for repairs and their general goods seem fair to me.

Can't be any more pleased with a bike shop like this one. It might look a bit messy but hey, if you buy brakes or bags here, you'll find out they're cheaper than the ones online. Also they'll point out to you the chains need some oil. Back comes the guy with the tube and gives it a good squirt! Very good service, a pleasure to visit!

I had an accident and my bikeframe was completely bent. Went in to ask a question, they immediately repaired it for free - super nice and helpful guys!

They are giving appointment 8 week later for a simple tire repair and general maintenance .

Unfortunately, due to the current situation and high demand, we are unable to offer earlier appointments, as is the case with the entire bicycle industry. We are doing our best to be able to offer service appointments again as soon as possible, but ask for your patience.
