Today I bought and picked up the S-Works Roubaix with Dura-Ace Di2, Specialized's top-of-the-line model, in Darmstadt. The payment process was very easy: Payment upon pickup via instant bank transfer using my iPad was important to me, as I was initially worried about the low price. Very friendly welcome and excellent service on site. In addition, the bike was immediately converted to tubeless tires free of charge, and my riding position was checked. Furthermore, many additional features of the bike were explained to me clearly, and all my questions were answered. The purchase price was very, very good, significantly below list price. I was so thrilled that I completely forgot the box with the accessories. It will be sent to me. Overall, a fantastic and completely stress-free experience. 5 stars Thank you very much, Wolfram

It's fascinating to experience this outstanding company and its fantastic employees as a customer – everything runs like clockwork: The phone is answered promptly and emails are responded quickly. Highly competent and insightful advice: not a sales pitch, but a genuine focus on understanding your needs. Delivery was exactly as described on the website. After-sales service: One mudguard was slightly damaged during delivery by the parcel service. The replacement was handled smoothly and very generously. Refund of the Swiss VAT: no problems whatsoever. The prices for the e-bikes (in my case, Kalkhoff) are excellent. SUPER!

I ordered my new commuter e-bike from VanSprint, even though the heavily discounted price initially made me a bit skeptical, as is often the case with online shopping. But in this case, I really got a bargain on the last available bike. Before ordering, I did some more research, paying attention to the important criteria to distinguish fake shops from legitimate ones. Everything checked off the list, so I went ahead and ordered the bike. It's a shame that people approach online shopping with such mistrust, but unfortunately, you get ripped off so often these days, so it's nice to hear a positive story. The transaction was superb, quick, and straightforward. I have absolutely nothing negative to report, and the bike is fantastic.

Super friendly team! The staff are really pleasant, and you don't get the feeling that you're under pressure to buy anything. I had several questions about a specific bicycle, and they were all answered with a personal callback. In my case, they even contacted the bicycle manufacturer again to be absolutely sure. The team is truly dedicated to finding the best possible solution for the customer.

FOR ANYONE WHO IS HESITANT ABOUT ORDERING A BIKE FROM THE NETHERLANDS I ordered a gravel bike online through the Dutch website. I had already read the reviews extensively. From these, I could already tell that the bike probably wouldn't arrive within a few days, and that reaching customer service is a bit more difficult. However, the price of the bike was so competitive (over 40% discount) that I decided to accept it and order the bike anyway. I received an order confirmation immediately. Shipping, as expected, took considerably longer. After two weeks, I sent an email to the Dutch email address. I received a quick and courteous response, stating that they would inquire with the warehouse. Two days later, I received a shipping confirmation. Shipping to the Netherlands is done with DSV, which operates slightly differently than DHL or PostNL, for example. I received an email from the DSV office with a proposed delivery date. At my request, the delivery was moved forward a day. Today I received a very clean bike, complete with all the accessories (derailleur charger, tools). I only had to remove some protective material and straighten the handlebars. If you know what kind of bike you want and are willing to wait a bit longer, this shop is simply fantastic. Their prices are unbeatable.

At the end of August 2025, I ordered and paid for my dream eBike online at a bargain price that's unique in Germany. Unfortunately, the "pick up in store" option couldn't be selected during the ordering process (possibly because I live outside of the EU?). This was then indicated as a request in the comments section during the ordering process. I promptly received an email confirming receipt of payment. Then I scheduled a pickup appointment in Darmstadt. I was told to wait for confirmation of the appointment, but unfortunately, I didn't receive one, just a reminder one day before the requested appointment. Okay, so I drove to Darmstadt. A nice surprise: a beautifully organized showroom, a friendly employee, and my bike was already waiting for pickup. Crossing the border and clearing customs went absolutely smoothly. I then emailed the processed customs documents to VanSprint one day later, and by the second business day, I had the German VAT refund in my account! Thank you for this incredible processing speed! Even the necessary communication after pickup was prompt every time; I would have preferred that between payment and pickup. Telephone availability is truly abysmal, but that's probably due to a lack of staff. We're not all perfect. All in all, a satisfied, smiling customer. THANK YOU

Bought an ebike from their Dutch website (VanSprint.nl). Delivered with a broken display. A few months of communicating with their customer service resulted in them sending a single (wrong) wire for the display. When I told them I also needed a new display, they stopped responding. Had to go to a repair shop to get this fixed.

I found this new bicycle shop, specialised in e-bikes, after having been in my usual places in Darmstadt. I was looking for a hydraulic disc brake upgrade, for my MTB. I just wanted the brake parts, which in these days are not easy to find. They were very kind and professional helping me to find the right model at the right price. They even allowed a test of the same brakes mounted on one of their e-MTBs. Not common! The price was also competitive w.r.t. online shops. Brakes arrived in a week and they trimmed the cable length (20 min works) for free. I could not ask more...
