I have to say, the shop makes a really good impression on me. The best thing to do is choose a bike from their wide selection online and make an appointment at the shop. The bike you've chosen will then be set up for you, and after a quick adjustment to your measurements, you can try it out both on trainers and outdoors. Oli will be there to help you every step of the way and find the right bike for you. He's really knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and he's not at all pushy. I can definitely recommend this shop.

Very nice store with a good selection. The advice on the first visit was very good. Unfortunately, one item was out of stock when I picked it up. Shipping took several weeks, and communication with headquarters was difficult. To compensate, several free gifts were included with the delivery. They were very keen to resolve the issue and make the customer happy. Many thanks to Oliver S. for this. We were very pleased with the included goodies.

Awful scan website. I bought a bike 6 month ago, and had a problem with my battery. Customer service asked to send it to them, and I did. This was 6 month ago. Since then, they lost my battery and did not do anything about it. Please run away before getting scammed.

I stopped in here because I had a couple questions about some issues on my bike before biking to Berlin in a couple days, and these guys were great. Happy to take the time to answer my questions and help me troubleshoot a couple small issues.. highly recommend if you need a bike shop in Darmstadt!

I came in today (close to your closing time) with my son’s skootcase (scooter/suitcase). It was missing one of two important bolts for stability/turning. Although Kreissaal Fahrradladen is clearly not a scooter shop you took the scooter in back, sourced a replacement part and made sure it was tightened and in good working order. This meant a lot to us as we’re using this scooter on our trip from Australia throughout Europe. Your, thoughtfulness, friendliness and professional attitude is much appreciated and clearly one of many reasons you have such high google ratings. Veilen Danke!
