Together with my friend Bernd, we were on a 10-day mountain bike tour from Cologne to Öhringen. On September 22nd, we stayed overnight at the Youth Hostel Darmstadt. Plagued by several flat tires on Bernd's bike and an unconvincing creaking noise from my rear axle, we headed to this workshop on the 23rd before continuing on to Michelstadt. A stroke of luck, as it turned out. Friendly and expert, Bernd's wheels were converted to tubeless within a very short time, and the creaking noise from my cassette was eliminated. A huge thank you and 5 out of 5 stars for this professional service. I recommend this workshop without reservation. Martin

Hands up for the best bike repair shop in town!! I emailed the guys working there one week desperately for help with my rear derailleur hanger, and they were super flexible and accommodating and fixed my bike right up (zero discrimination, even Canyons, which not all shops accept). Not only that, but they adjusted several other things that made riding a lot more comfortable. And don't underestimate them... they all speak English!!!! To all those still learning German: look no further, go to them, and they will help you out without any struggle to make yourself understand. Hands up for the best bike repair shop in town!! Excellent advice, friendly and very competent. We only wanted to buy one road bike, but then we were "persuaded" to buy two. Plus, there were great offers and "gifts"!!! I came to Zurell Bikes workshop with a problem in my rear breaks on the road bike, they did a replacement, as the inner caliper was broken. Despite they didn’t have the exact model in stock, they ordered it and did a replacement rather quickly. I also got some additional useful advice on what is better to check and might need some fix. Guys here are welcoming and speak English too, as I’m not good in German yet. Therefore, I’m happy with the service, thank you!
