Amazing experience. Best cycle repair I have been to in Germany, they are so kind and helpful people, afcorse the waiting is a bit awkward like everywhere, but they are so kind. Loved the experience and absolutely love them, they genuinely want to help you, I think everyone should out of courtesy atleast give some donation when leaving because they literally protect you from being ripped off. Much love to Helena and Nathan❤️ They spend their entire time there helping others.

Got a flat tire and I couldn't repair and was thrown out

I am sorry for your bad experience.<br>Currently we are required to take procedures against the spreading of the coronavirus. Therefore only two people are allowed to work in the shop at the same time. Even if it seems only like a small fix, we get a lot of those everyday and are not allowed to make any exceptions.

I was blown away by the kindness and responsivness of the people inside. I went there to fix my shifting gear cables and I came out with learning to change them myself and with the bike sparkling clean! Thank you so much. Full 5 stars <3
