I got a quick appointment for an e-bike inspection, even though I didn't buy the bike there. The price-performance ratio is simply excellent; I'll always take my bike to Mirad from now on.

A very unfriendly employee. I don't know if it was the owner or an employee, but a little bit of courtesy should be learned here. Whether inside the store or outside.

Excellent advice, superb service, highly competent, and the price is right. They repair all bicycles, even those not purchased there. A real asset to our town. I'll gladly go there again.

I had the drivetrain on my 20-year-old Cube mountain bike replaced. I received prompt and competent help. They understand the trade, and the service is impeccable. The price/performance ratio is good, and the advice is competent and unobtrusive. I'm very satisfied. The shop is inconspicuous but visible. I'll be happy to be my new regular service specialist. I highly recommend it.

Best price in town today: Mirad bike shop, Hauptstraße, Eppertshausen, for replacing a Shimano Deore cassette and chain, including labor: €75. A top price compared to other bike shops in the area! I bought the bike elsewhere, so the review from the woman with her son is incorrect! It's only cheaper if you do it yourself.

I can't agree with the negative review. I've had several bicycles repaired and modified at Mirad. None of them were purchased from this particular bike shop. The service was always fast, reliable, and excellent!

Excellent service. They had a part made for my Rotwild bike that Rotwild themselves could no longer supply. It's great that there are such competent and helpful professionals here in the countryside.
