Yes. Very friendly salespeople. Very nice shoes and a large selection of sportswear. Unfortunately, the Eppertshausen location will be closing soon. However, there is still a store in the pedestrian zone in Dieburg.

Excellent, personalized service for decades! A great selection of shoes! I happily drive from Langen to Eppertshausen to buy my sports shoes here. I've been a customer for 25 years. Thank you for being there!

The big retailers could learn a thing or two about friendliness, spontaneity, and helpfulness from this place. From now on, I'll buy our shoes from the local family business again instead of the big chains. I rushed into the shop in a hurry and, after a couple of questions and having my foot measured, I was immediately handed a perfectly fitting pair. Absolutely friendly and helpful. Fantastic. I'm impressed. Thank you!

These are two great shops! One has everyday shoes, and the other has athletic shoes. We received excellent advice, assistance, and a great selection. We'll definitely be back.

The store doesn't seem that big at first glance, but it still has a great selection. Even though I didn't end up buying any soccer cleats (very rare due to my personal taste – color, size, model, sole (TF), etc.), the salesperson was super friendly and extremely helpful. He seemed to me to be a real expert in his field and was incredibly helpful and gave me great tips. I had an extremely good impression, and I definitely recommend it!

Competent advice, super friendly service, and the occasional joke. We felt very well looked after and would gladly return.

Excellent shoe store, friendly owners. I've been shopping here for many years. I used to buy football boots for my sons; now I buy shoes for myself with great advice, whether for leisure or dressy occasions. I hope the store stays around for a long time.

The shoe salesman here really knows his stuff. My feet are super wide, for example, and less than 10 minutes later I'd tried on five or six pairs of shoes that all fit me perfectly or almost perfectly, and didn't look like orthopedic shoes. And they even have shoes here if you have feet like a giant. The prices are really fair, and yet he still sold me every pair of shoes for €10 less and threw in some insoles for free.

Arrogant and outrageous, I will never set foot in that store again. Regarding what happened: In June 2018, I bought a pair of Gore-Tex sports shoes there. After about two weeks, a seam in the heel area came undone. No big deal, I thought, and went back to the store to complain. The manager took the shoes and put them in a car trunk. After four weeks without any word, I called, but no one knew anything about it. I asked for an update, but received no response. So, three weeks later, I went back. The shoes had been lined with some kind of leather. On top of that, they wanted me to pay €14.80. To repair shoes that were only two weeks old? After a long discussion, I didn't have to pay anything. I took them home and tried them on. The result was that my foot kept slipping in that area of the shoe, and I got blisters. So, back to the store again. The manager said that couldn't be right, but he'd take care of it. After over eight weeks and no response, I went back to the store and politely inquired. The shoes had been re-covered with leather again, and the lining in that area was even stiffer and thicker. When I asked why it was leather again and why a brand-new, defective item wasn't being sent back to the supplier, he became very loud and aggressive. What do you think I'm doing? That's great work. I replied: "That may be, but I bought Gore-Tex shoes, not leather shoes. I don't want them like this. He should exchange the shoes or give me a refund." At that, he became even louder than before and shouted that I was banned from the store. I don't even dare write down the additional insults he hurled. The man then ran off, but came back shouting at me a few minutes later. The only good thing about that moment was that he at least gave me my money back. Of course, only after more vile insults. Like I said, once and never again at Sport-Grimm in Eppertshausen.
