Great shop, I finally found extra-long trekking trousers in my size and they were affordable too.

Quiet atmosphere, friendly saleswoman. I was there because of the special offers. Not all sizes were immediately available, but they could be ordered. The selection of brands was limited to two manufacturers.

We visited Schulz Outdoor on Saturday, September 26, 2021. The saleswoman was initially a bit curt, but then became helpful. I bought a pair of winter hiking pants, two long-sleeved shirts, and three pairs of socks, and paid €113. The price-performance ratio is really good. The cashier always seems very uninterested; I swear to myself every time that I'll NEVER go back to that store... but I always end up coming back anyway.

I bought some short-sleeved shirts there. After several washes, small lint balls have formed on the fabric, which I have to remove with a fabric shaver each time. When I asked in the store what could be causing this, the employee was very friendly, but didn't really do anything about it. She said no one had ever contacted her about this problem before. I asked her to send my shirt to the manufacturer and get back to me with an answer as to what the cause of the linting might be. Now I'm waiting to see if I'll get a response.

Unfortunately, there aren't many plus sizes. You have to look in the men's department, and even there it's a bit crowded. The selection is okay, but very limited. Unfortunately, the prices aren't comparable to those at an outlet. Just normal sale prices, like everywhere else. Outlets are different. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I (over 60 with 2 dogs in the car, in 30 degree heat) was in the Eppertshausen Schulz store today from 12:30 to about 1:00 PM to quickly buy some T-shirts and light summer trousers...the selection of summer items was understandably limited and there were 2 customers in the store...I asked the first salesperson to help me with the selection...she did help me and said...it fits perfectly...and then disappeared...the second salesperson helped me at my request, then the phone rang and she ended the customer service without further hesitation and disappeared behind the sales counter...the woman was now obviously on the phone with "Schulz employees"...another customer was being checked out with her phone in her hand and further discussions were taking place with what appeared to be the Schulz company....I had SERVED AND ADVISED myself in the meantime and placed 1 pair of trousers, 1 shirt, and 1 T-shirt on the sales counter...my salesperson continued on the phone and ignored me...OBVIOUSLY, INTERNAL CONVERSATIONS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS... .....after waiting a bit, I told the salesperson on the phone that I was no longer interested in buying the goods from Schulz..., I'd just buy from Amazon... SORRY.... BUT CUSTOMER FOCUS LOOKS DIFFERENT TO ME, DESPITE 30-DEGREE HEAT!

Good, friendly staff, good selection, but unfortunately not enough variety in the brand.
