I got a recommendation from friends. I bought a tandem bike that didn't work. I called all sorts of bike shops in Frankfurt. They all refused to repair it, even though it was worth €7,500. That's when I contacted Mr. Litzinger Mobil, who fixed the problem and repaired it within a week. I've never experienced such competent and friendly customer service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike specialist.

Only positive reviews! I had a flat tire and called Mr. Litzinger, who came to my neighborhood the same day, picked up my bike, and repaired it in two days. I was truly amazed by the service. Pick and drop service and great prices! I highly recommend this shop.

Mr. Litzinger inspected two bicycles. He really took his time and tightened every little screw. He even brought one missing screw with him after we'd arranged it. We're completely satisfied. I especially like the fact that he comes to your home, so you don't have to go to the trouble of transporting the bikes somewhere else.

We are regular customers of Mr. Litzinger. While you have to wait months at a specialist workshop, which is also quite expensive and doesn't repair every bicycle, you can get an appointment quickly with Mr. Litzinger. He can also do the work on-site, is reasonably priced, and even takes on bicycles that other workshops are reluctant to work on. We are satisfied and I highly recommend him.
