Although my mother was very enthusiastic about her Outchair, the battery broke after only a year. I've been trying to reach someone by email and phone for over a week, but it always goes to voicemail. I'm really angry. Unfortunately, this is my only option. Very poor customer service!

Absolute rip-off artists!!! The product I ordered was unfortunately very poorly made and unsuitable for my needs. Now Outchair is demanding both the shipping costs to me and the return shipping, which I had to pay for completely. I absolutely CANNOT recommend this company and will never order from Outchair again!!! This is absolutely NOT a reputable company!!!

We're extremely satisfied. We bought two bottom heaters and they're in constant use whenever we spend time outdoors; they're incredibly warm! They do exactly what they promise. Great quality and well-designed.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this company. The Back Up outdoor seat doesn't live up to its promise at all. The customer support is completely unsympathetic and resorts to excuses. The first chair ripped along the top seam after proper use. I then temporarily repaired it myself. The replacement chair that was delivered ripped in the same way. They're now suddenly refusing to offer a replacement or refund. Instead, they're telling me to repair the chair myself. This isn't what you'd call positive and satisfactory customer service. I'm sorry, but I can only advise against buying from Outchair.

Everything was great, friendly, helpful, all around excellent. I reported a defective battery, it was replaced without any problems, and shipped sustainably in a used cardboard box with eco-friendly bubble wrap. PERFECT

The technology is fantastic, and testing it on the TourNatur was really worthwhile. We're seriously considering buying one of the products :)
