It's a small fishing shop where you can get everything an angler needs for a day trip on the Main River. They were helpful, friendly, and offered professional advice. The prices are also reasonable. I'm glad that specialist shops like this still exist. Unfortunately, they're becoming increasingly rare.

Tiny fishing shop. A tremendous amount of passion and knowledge about fly fishing. The advice is excellent. I haven't regretted a purchase there so far. Highly recommended for fly fishermen, whether beginners or professionals.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Angel-Bär in Frankfurt – a true gem for anglers! Since I still had some time before my train journey, I got advice on waders and boots and tried on several sizes and models of the Simms brand. Jörg, the owner, has 30 years of experience and shares his knowledge with true passion. Advice of this quality can only be found in small, specialized shops, which are like rare pearls in the sea – and should definitely be preserved! Despite the limited space, the store is well-stocked, and the atmosphere is simply welcoming. I've yet to make my final decision, but one thing is certain: If I buy waders, it will only be from Angel-Bär! Thank you for the great advice – shops like these simply make all the difference.

Super friendly staff. Competent, friendly, and really excellent products. With such excellent advice, you really should buy from them; anything else would be stealing. A top-notch shop that brings the hobby of fishing to life right from the moment you pick up bait. It's truly something special for anglers 🐻.

We were there for the first time on Wednesday. Found a parking space right in front of the shop. It's a nice little shop, packed with everything a fly fisherman could need, but it also has something for all other anglers. Friendly conversation and good advice are included.

My favorite fishing tackle shop in Frankfurt. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of tackle and live bait is remarkable for the size of the shop. You can also buy almost all fishing permits for the surrounding area here. Best regards and thank you!

I can only offer a reasonable assessment regarding advice and the product range for fly fishermen. The advice is excellent! Making an appointment is recommended, as Jörg Kraft then takes all the time in the world, even if you're not spending a fortune. Anything he doesn't have in stock, he'll quickly order. I've never felt pressured to buy expensive equipment when there was a good and cheaper alternative. I can highly recommend Angel-Bär.

A large selection of rods, reels, and accessories. A glance at the fly fishing selection will make any angler's heart beat faster. Very friendly and competent advice. The advice was tailored precisely to my needs. I felt very well looked after and will definitely be back.
