Great staff. Good store with many options. Downside: very slow online sales. Ordered a bike last weekend online (available in stock) and was told to wait 9 days for delivery.

Fantastic spot for bikes and accessories at ridiculously good prices! I’ve been here twice - once to grab some gear, and again to help a friend buy her first bike. Both times, getting assistance was a bit tricky at first… huge store, not many staff around. But luckily, Andre Gläser stepped in (on both my visits!) and absolutely saved the day. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us to the right choices. Big thanks to Andre! If you’re in the market for a bike or just browsing, I’d definitely recommend checking out B.O.C.

We had a big box store experience here, it didn’t seem particularly busy (Saturday @4pm) but we couldn’t get help from anyone or even get anyone to unlock the bikes we wanted to try. The selection of gravel bikes was very small compared to what they have online. The employees seemed nice enough, but not really motivated to help or were busy with other tasks. They have a nice track for trying out bikes here, but it’s awkwardly in the middle of the store, so pedestrians and bikers kind of have to avoid each other. We basically waited sind and took up space for 15 minutes and didn’t try a single bike. This is my fourth bike shop visit in Frankfurt and until now had only good experiences, so this was a disappointment.

High quality service of the team of professionals. The atmosphere is very friendly. The work is always done as fast as possible and you get a lot of advices and support. As a regular customer I recommend this place to everyone who needs to buy and later maintain/repair the bike or components.

Service was not great to start when I got there.... But then it was brilliant once the 3rd staff member decided to help me buy the bike i wanted. Great choices of cycling gear, which I'll be coming back to buy more of, Great price for the bicycle purchased.

I bought my new bike from this store 3 day ago. Everything was good except one rude bike technician who when i try to see my new bike first time at your workshop table. He said me get out my living room. But I didn’t care his living room. I only try to see my new bike. He was really rude and terrible. But other services and personels behaviors so kind and friendly. Thank you all, I will come back and buy something new parts to my bike.

Great shop with tons to see and a lot of items in stock. Talked to the mechanics and staff on the floor everyone is really professional. Clean shop with plenty of bikes to chose from. Great prices also

Lots and lots of bikes, all sizes amdntypes. The store is big, there is a circut inside where you can tets drive the bikes. And there are all kinds of Accessoires for the bikes as well as parts. The staff is helpful and sepaks English.

one of the best bike shop in Frankfurt. I bought a MTB but unfortunatelly I had to give it back and they a a service for 14 days. gute Beratung Viele Brände gute service immer wieder gerne.

I went there to get a pump for my road bike and made a really good experience. The staff is very attentive and most of all friendly. There have a huge selection of bikes and equipment.
