I visited twice thrice and even today because my cube eBike's Free Rear Hub got damaged and this cube store can't replace it and told me to book an appointment which is possible in June, what's this sir? If I or your customer is in trouble and or have any damage, you will say everyone the same thing? Please entertain me its urgent :'(

Hi Ali,<br><br>Thanks for your message.<br>We did our best to help you, even though your rear hub was unfortunately damaged during a repair at a different shop. We ordered the correct replacement part for you and offered the earliest available service appointment we had.<br><br>We completely understand that your case felt urgent, and we would of course help you sooner if we had the capacity. But we can only accept as many repairs as we can responsibly complete – otherwise, no one would be well served.<br><br>It was never our intention to make you feel dismissed, and we hope you can appreciate that we always try to support our customers as best we can, even when the circumstances are difficult.

Paid €5350 for a new bike. (A) the store did not give me the right paperwork to get VAT back because I was exporting the bike back to India. (B) they charged me additional €38 to pack the bike in a bike box. (C) The packing/box was so poor that the staples at the bottom broke and the bike fell out of the box at airport. (D) Because they did not pack the headset spacers I lost the spacers at the airport. They were just loosely kept in the box. (E) No response from the shop on emails as to how I can get the bike running. So much for German engineering. Never again. Learn to pack boxes. No need to write a response. If you care send me a spacer set because I have a €5000 piece of $hit that I cannot ride. Review update 9/9/24: The cube store did send me a spare set of spacers and my bike can be ridden again. Thank you. I have less harsh feelings for the store now. As a result I’m raising the star rating from 1 to 3. Oh and the address written on the spacer package wasn’t complete (not as I sent in my email). But a non issue in the grand scheme of things. What’s another 2 weeks of delay. But thank you for following up on this.

Hello Anand,<br><br>we packed the bike as carefully and securely as possible, including wrapping it in plastic, to ensure it would withstand transportation. We apologize that the packaging still did not hold up and caused you difficulties. We are already in the process of sending you the missing spacers so you can use your bike as soon as possible. The quality of the bike is great. I love it so much. Also the service at the store was very nice, I don't speak German and the guy who helped me was welcoming and assisted me in all questions I had. Unfortunately I don't remember his name... But I did a great deal at the store and am happy with their service overall.

Great level of service when it came to delivering the cube e-bike. We took the time needed for all instructions and for fixing the last details of the bike options, installing together the phone holder and the clickable mud guards. And all this in English!!!! For me service is key and always makes the difference. Good job @team Cube Store Frankfurt

Nice store with lots of choice, friendly English speaking staff which makes it easier for expats and very helpful. They also have a good range of accessories for bikes to choose from. Highly recommended..

Excellent service! Walked in at 15:30 only knowing that I needed a bike 4 days later. Couple of questions later, two great bikes to try out and by 16:40 I left with my newly kitted bike and a ton of new knowledge. My expectations were exceeded.

Went to 6 bike stores trying to decide on a bike for our son (11 years old). Happen to find the Cube store and they were extremely helpful. As we do not speak German, they spoke English and were great. Our son was not with us, but we had his measurements and they helped us decide on the best size for him, while still considering growth. They did not try and up-sell extra items or sell us more bike than was needed. They bike was promptly taken to their mechanic and inspected before we left. Great experience and will likely go back for future bike needs.

Massive store dedicated to just one quality brand of bike with options for every pocket. Your able to ride around inside the store to try out. The staff are very well versed in their product and able to answer every question asked. I went in knowing what I wanted and after speaking to the staff confirmed I was in the right place to spend my money. The bike I wanted was not available to buy and had to order with an 8 week lead time, but happy to wait. I'm positive that if I ever have an issue with my new bike when arrives they will be happy to help to resolve anything.
