The chain and front wheel repair was carried out super quickly and professionally, top quality, and the bike works like new again. I wanted to order/buy a bicycle here through the Jobrad program, because this dealer also offers it. I went there in August 2024. The dealer was very friendly, but that was the end of the positives. According to him, "Yes, of course, no problem, the bicycle can be ordered and we'll take care of it." After eight weeks and four inquiries, I was repeatedly told they would get back to me. Nothing happened. I went to a competitor nearby, ordered a bicycle, and a week later I had my bike and the Jobrad process was complete. Thanks for nothing! What a shame, all talk and no action, but no promises kept.

This was my first time here, and I'm truly impressed with the service. The incredibly friendly technician repaired my bike quickly and efficiently – and at a really fair price. I especially appreciated that they're an official Gazelle partner and understand all types of bikes. You immediately feel welcome and understood. The customer service is excellent, and the team has a great sense of what customers really want. I've finally found a top-notch shop and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

You go in with a good feeling and come out with an even better one. Very expert advice, good work (cassette and chain replaced) and, as a bonus, new brake pads. I can only recommend it.

Custom Delux performed a full service on my bike. They did a fantastic job and the service was excellent. They were quick to respond to my requests and kept me updated on the progress of the service. Highly recommended.

I can’t speak to the service or the goods, but their hours are quite limited for anyone who has a job. And you should call ahead to see if they are actually open (especially before you bring an old bike and new bike frame).
