False promises and Terrible Repairing services I wish to give zero star but not possible here. I have given my badminton rockets for new strings repair (Besaitung) two weeks ago and I still dont receive any response yet. Even I personally went after 9 working days and asked for the status and service man shown the status which explains even more pathetic situation, Decathlon send the rockets for repairing station only after 5 days(may be they were trying to hatch it and let it lay eggs). And serviceman says the overall service takes minimum 6 days and need to wait until I get message that is done . I wonder till when .. 15days ? 30 days? or months ? My frustration is if they cannot do these efficiently in timely manner then why would you offer this service. I had given my rockets on 15.10.2025 and still nothing I can hear on it…

Very good collection. You can find almost everything related to sports here. Good quality in comparatively lower price.

Very bad experience. I ordered a bike and got an email to collect the bike but after reaching the store. The brakes condition was poor and not working. I won’t recommend this store to anyone.

I wanted to buy a jacket that costed 100 Eur. At the cash desk they took it from me and put a sticker with 200 Eur price. It is very disappointing and made me mad! If you made a mistake just accept it! Will never visit your store in future! And won’t ever recommend it to friends!

My recommendation: be really careful with the bikes from decathlon and the workshop service. I had a terrible experience at the workshop with the stuff members to fix my bike. The guys there much have a lot of work and are always stressed treating the people very poorly. When leaving my bike for inspection the guy taking it was rude and when taking it back (25.06.2024 around 19:30) the guy there was worse. I left my bike on April the 26th for inspection and they told me it will be done in two weeks. They contacted me for pick up after almost 9 weeks. The inspection cost 60 euros and they didn't fix the ghost pedalling and the back break that are failing in my bike. What they did was to give me a list of pieces I should change from the bike. The person at the workshop was very annoyed and rude. He said that it will be better for me to get a new bike because the cost in pieces and service is too high compared with the bike cost.I bought the bike a year ago (April 11th 2023). He said it is not a bike for every day use (I do 7 km/day) and I should invest in a more expensive bike (he said his bike is 2000 euros). So they only recommend the bikes there for selling them and when it come to fix them they recommend you to get a new one. The guy said that they have called me to ask if I wanted to change the pieces but I didnt pickup or call them back ad now i would need to wait again if I want them to fix it. THE WORKSHOP ONLY CALL YOU ONCE TO ASK, NO EMAIL AND NO MORE CALLS, if you miss it, it is your fault. They guy said that if he will be calling to everyone more times he will not have time to fix bikes. He was just complaining to mee all the time about everything and I had to be very patient with him. At some point I had to be more assertive for him to let me talk and listen to what I needed and he started complaining about how poorly I treat him... I apologized and asked him to please check my bike again to fix it and he continued bickering until he finished what he was doing and looked at my bike. He barely did anything more than complaining and talking about how cheap the bike was and give me examples of how other people change bike every two year or less because this bike is to cheap. Summary: terrible service mechanical for the bike and personally with the clients.

Stuff is good with high quality and this store has many varieties of products. I am a regular customer of Decathlon. Only reason for the 2 star for this specific store is the behaviour of the staff members. By chance so far I found 3 person very polite when we asked any query (one lady, long hair guy in service station and one lady in billing) but in parallel 3 visits were very bad for me as 3 times staff members even do not care about the query. I tried asking something but they just say sorry and run away. One guy literally started shouting on 2 customers on asking queries. So mostly will not go to this specific store anymore. Thanks for your service so far.

We had a mechanical issue with a scooter and they fixed it very quickly and efficiently. The labor was only 5 EUR and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for your excellent customer service and support. We will come back.

We were visiting for a few days and I forgot to pack a swimsuit (it’s sorta funny I forgot a swimsuit for Germany in January, but I wanted to go to the thermal baths.) I placed an order online and arrived at the store about 2 hours later. They didn’t have the order ready so they got it together for me while I waited. I really appreciated it and they were so nice and quick to help finish the order. Thank you for being a big part in making it a great trip for us!
