I had my yearly service done and they managed to fix the issue with my bike that no other repair shop could! My 10 year old bike is now shiny and clean, and rides like a dream. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Very friendly stuff and very helpful and efficient service. I was not able to drive my bike as after a fall the front wheel was stuck and not spinning. The guys were very helpful directly fixing the problem and suggesting a check up after the fall from the bike.

I bought my Muli second hand and therefore it was a bit of a reliability to cycle with my boy. Even though I didn’t purchase from them, they took their time and made sure that the bike is safe to ride. Super friendly service, starting from making an appointment throughout the service that I received. They didn't charge for the adjustment the did as it was not a big deal but a safety risk for me. They have their ethos right! Highly recommend these guys!!!

The service is very good and trustful. They take time to explain what they did with patience and care. The people are very nice and gentle. A little expensive.

Called first time at 2 pm to ask to fix tire, after an hour it was already done (they sent me an sms). Great people, good service!

My first visit to this shop was in august and the second one a few minutes ago. Both times I had a an excellent experience. Despite their busy schedule they fixed my bicycle on the same day. They made me very happy! I highly recommend this shop.

It was our second time with our Urban Arrow Bike we bought at Bike Botique. first time we got very good service from employee name Lea, she was very professional and friendly and thanks to her we had much better experience than last time. we put our bike for the first check up and they fixed them according to our comments. Thank you Lea and the team!

The work they did on my bike has held up until now. A little expensive, but that didn't bother me too much. What really annoyed me, however, was that the guy who fixed my bike started an argument with me about Dutch bikes (I'm from the Netherlands) after I told him I am not used to handbrakes, having grown up only using a traditional Dutch bike called an Omafiets ("Hollandrad"). He basically told me these type of bikes don't exist, as all bikes in the Netherlands must have a handbrake and back-pedal. I tried to save him by suggesting that he had only seen export "Hollandrads" destined for the German market, where this requirement may well exist, but no, he insisted that it was the same for all bikes produced for the Dutch market. When I told him he was incorrect, he gave up on this one and proceeded to tell me that the infrastructure here in Frankfurt requires two sets brakes. Granted, "Hollandrads" are very unsuited for any sort of hill / inclination (difficult uphill; dangerous downhill), so I thought he made a valid point until he said because "because the roads in Amsterdam are so wide, and I've been there just last week". No, the roads in the centre of Amsterdam are narrow and outside of the centre they are normal or wide, the same as in Frankfurt or other cities. Arguing with (or dare I even say mansplaining to) customers when you yourself are wrong is terrible customer service. See below for a picture of a traditional Dutch bike, sans handbrake, taken from the top Google result for a Dutch bike shop today.

GOOD SERVICE WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately, on my second visit to Die Fahrradwerkstatt I was deceived. The service I should pay for doubled at the end about which I was not informed in advance. I needed a replacement of the tire and received a message that my bike was ready to pick up. When I came, the price shown on receipt was the way higher than the price that was negotiated before. When I told that I requested a refund and wanted to give back the product that was installed on my bicycle, they refused to issue a refund and take the product back. Hopefully, in the future their staff will be precisely informed about the services and their prices so that no other customer would face the same issue that I had. or at least they will learn how to inform their customers beforehand or just admit the guilt and be ready for refunds.

We came here with an issue with our bike after the Ironman that prevented us disassembling our P5X and it was sorted super fast so that we would not miss our flight. Very professional and did beyond what was expected on this job. Highly recommended.
