The "Fit for Everyday Life" workshop was incredibly informative for me. I was impressed by the team's high level of expertise. Every question was answered thoroughly. While the workshop ran well over the allotted 90 minutes, it was worth every minute. At the end, everyone even received a small gift. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work!

Good and competent advice! After successfully purchasing a tricycle from Van Raam for my husband, there were unfortunately no discounts or even a cash discount on the invoice! There were also no discounts on accessories purchased in the store! A small car (in a similar price range) would have received a discount at a car dealership!! And I was very close to buying one myself!

Excellent and professional advice, and a lot of patience with my special needs. I then decided on the EasyRider 3 from van Raam. Since the tricycle has a medical device number, it's considered a disability bike. This means I can finally be mobile again. Everyone in the shop, the workshop, and during delivery knows their stuff. I was able to ask lots of questions, and every single one was answered. I especially appreciate that I still get help whenever I need it. The inspection is also very thorough. We had the same experience with another vehicle. The prices are good, and since we ordered during Mobility Week, we received an additional discount. The tricycle center is absolutely recommendable. The advice is customer-focused, not profit-driven.

If you're 1.54 m tall and have a walking disability and want to buy an e-bike, the Tricycle Center is the perfect place to go. After the first test ride, I realized I felt unsteady, especially when I was only on my tiptoes starting and stopping. When a customer's bike with a lower seat arrived, I was allowed to try it out. Right after that, I ordered the Balance model, which had a factory-installed lower seat. Now I happily zip around town, but I still need to practice starting on hills.

The appointment, consultation, and test drive with the VAN RAAM walking aid were all perfect. Everything was fully assembled when I picked it up. The handlebars were exactly the right height for me, and the saddle was quickly adjusted. The staff were very competent and incredibly friendly. My special thanks go to Ms. Koppisch for the excellent and very personal consultation. I would gladly come back anytime.

The VAN RAAM-Balance e-bike was delivered right to our door on time. The bike makes a very high-quality impression, commensurate with the price. The handling and riding characteristics are also very good; you always have your feet on the ground (if you want). My wife is very happy with it.

The appointment, test ride, and purchase went extremely smoothly, as did the delivery. Everything was very personalized and of high quality. They took their time, explained everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would buy my bike there again in a heartbeat. But first, I'm ready to enjoy the ride. I'm really looking forward to it.

Excellent and competent advice. I was recommended the perfect e-trike for me (Pfau-Tec Scoobo with Bosch motor). I'm very satisfied. The process was straightforward and flexible. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy my next trike there.

Overall, disappointing! The agreed appointment was missed. The consultant was on vacation! At the "tricycle center," he only gave us a customer's tricycle that was there for inspection! They didn't really try to find a solution. And we drove almost 100 km for that. My son, who has a walking disability, wanted a consultation!!! But we can only advise against it! :-)
