We had a very good experience and can highly recommend them! After visiting more than seven bike shops in and around Frankfurt, this store clearly stood out for having the best selection at a fair price. Nick was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to understand our needs, explained the differences between the bikes in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. We also really appreciated that he spoke English, which made communication easy and relaxed. We were able to test several cargo bikes without any pressure and felt well supported throughout the process. In the end, we found exactly the bike we were looking for and are very happy with our purchase. We definitely will buy our next bike from their team again!

I went to a few bike shops around Frankfurt in search of an e-bike. I am short, when meant I need a small frame. At all the bike shops I was able to try a 2-3 bikes, but felt like I was a burden because they had to change the saddle, find a small bike in the back… it became not fun trying to find a bike. I went to E-Motion and had the best experience. They took the time to really check what bikes they had on the floor and in the back. I did not feel like a burden and it felt like they truly wanted to help me find the right bike. I decided then and there that I would find and buy a bike at e-motion simply because the customer service was truly wonderful!

I bought the Riese & Müller Charger 4 GT Vario bike from Emotion E-Bikes Welt Süd- Frankfurt and they had excellent customer service. Tim was very patience and took the time to explain everything about my bike during the the test ride appointment. Today when I picked my bike the service was no different than the first day…excellent! I highly recommend Emotion E-Bikes Welt Süd-Frankfurt if you are looking for an e-bike.

Best customer service and super friendly staff, they let me try many bikes without any strings attached, there's several brands available to purchase and many models to test. During my appointment they even offered coffee and drinks free of charge. The purchase process was easy with great prices. Thanks!!

Great service by Tim, patiently answered all our tricky questions (in English) about e-bike and leasing options, and recommended a very fine bike well-suited to my wife's requirements. Order was processed quickly and we received our bike 2 days later. Highly recommended if you're shopping for an e-bike.

Hendrik and the team at E-Motion Sud were fantastic! They are really knowledgeable and customer service focused. I needed to get a Lastenrad for my work that would also accommodate my family and they were incredibly professional with their advice and very patient as my two small children were with me at each visit, which doesn't always make conversation easy. Once I had decided on a model they bent over backwards to make sure that I had my bike in a timely manner and that I had everything I needed to bring my kiddos along for the ride. Additionally, as I had applied for the forderung from Stadt Frankfurt, Hendrik made sure that I had all the paperwork that I needed to ensure a hassle free process. I really can't recommend them enough!
