We spontaneously booked the rental of two eMTBs around 18 hours in advance. Booking was easy online. We quickly found a parking space and received a warm welcome. Due to other customers' late return, our bikes weren't available yet, but we were treated to a cold drink and a pleasant chat to pass the time. After a short wait, the manager offered us either trekking bikes or a refund. Since our planned tour didn't necessarily require a mountain bike, we gladly accepted the offer and set off after a brief briefing. Both bikes were in perfect condition. We could have booked additional accessories if we wanted (a helmet would have been free, but we had our own). Returning the bikes was also straightforward; we were offered something cold to drink and a pleasant chat before saying goodbye. The staff, the equipment, and the location are very cool and I can highly recommend them! Thank you!

I highly recommend this rental company. Contact via email was straightforward, and I received a response very quickly. Picking up the bike in person was also easy, and the owner was very friendly. After a brief chat and some paperwork, I was ready to ride. It should be obvious from the start that you shouldn't expect a brand-new bike from a rental shop. The battery was in good condition, even though it had hardly been used. A short briefing was provided, which I found very important. The bike was technically sound and fully functional. All in all, €35 was a fair price for approximately 9 hours of use.

I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this e-bike rental service. We wanted to rent a bike very spontaneously, and the service was super fast and very friendly. Everything was straightforward and great. We were completely satisfied; the e-bike was easy to ride and a comfortable city bike. There's also a wider selection of bikes available for rent. If we ever want to rent a bike in Frankfurt again, we now know where to go! Best regards
