After having problems with the gears on my new e-bike, I was looking for a specialist shop and came across Fahrrad Friedrichsen. Even when I made the appointment via WhatsApp, I was impressed by the quick and uncomplicated communication. I got an appointment within a very short time, and Mr. Friedrichsen was extremely flexible and accommodating. I received an immediate, friendly welcome. The adjustment and fine-tuning of the gears was carried out professionally and quickly by Mr. Friedrichsen himself. He took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that my e-bike was perfectly adjusted. Mr. Friedrichsen's expertise and passion are clearly palpable. I felt well looked after all around and am very satisfied with the result. My e-bike now runs perfectly and makes every ride a pleasure.
