I first called to check if the workshop had any availability. They told me to come by so they could assess the work required – excellent! Once there, I received very competent and friendly advice. The problem was resolved immediately. Top-notch service! Highly recommended 👍🏼

I first called to inquire about the availability of the spare part. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff. In the shop itself, due to the current COVID-19 situation, they are very careful to ensure that social distancing is maintained. The shop is very well-stocked and the staff are very friendly. I'm very satisfied. I had my bike repaired for the new year. When I picked it up, I was shown the old, replaced parts and went through everything again. The staff was friendly, and I received good advice. While I was in the shop, everyone else was also served promptly and friendly. All in all, a definite recommendation.

I went to this local bike shop for help with a small problem - someone stole my bike seat and the new seat and post I wanted to use from my spare bike did not fit. The guy I spoke to didn’t speak English (though I believe his colleague does) but he understood my basic German. He greased the seat post and fitted it in for no cost in just a few minutes. Very friendly, nice service. I recommend it.
