Do not go to this shop! If you have to use them, take photos and videos at the shop before you give them your bike or rent their bike. If you have any issues make sure there is someone with you. When I questioned some of the repairs, the man working argued with me, got belligerent and yelled, told ME to calm down (obviously), refused to return my bike to me, then tried to refuse payment, followed me out of the shop screaming at me, and finally crumbled up the money and threw it at me. I’m relieved to have my bike and be safely out of the shop and will never go there again.

I'm not convinced this is the right place for me. I called on Monday to make an appointment. They said I could come today from 9:00 AM onwards. It's listed as open online. I've been standing outside for 20 minutes now – and I can't get through to them by phone. It's really annoying when you take time off work.

I had my bicycle crank arm replaced here at Maine. The new crank arm was already available; they only needed to loosen the bolt and replace the old one. The job took barely two minutes, yet they charged me €20. I find that completely unreasonable and very disappointing 😡

I'm practically a regular here, and no matter what problem I have, I always receive prompt, friendly, and very helpful service. They usually take care of things immediately, or if necessary, I can leave my bike there for a very short time. Thank you, and I highly recommend them.

Top bike shop, excellent customer service! I was able to store my totaled bike there for several weeks without any problems until I received feedback from the insurance company, after which they disposed of it for me :)

Service as you'd want it. I had a problem with my derailleur, Fernando recognized it immediately and fixed it quickly. Very friendly, competent, and honest. Highly recommended! Later, I brought my bike in for a service and received a super friendly welcome and helpful advice. Everything was transparent and fair. That's how it should be! Best bike shop in town.

This is my go-to bike shop. Super friendly and competent and they have really high quality bikes, without being expensive. I never have to make appointments when bringing in my bike for repairs, there's always space.
