After I got rejected by another repair shop, I went here without an appointment. Expect them to tell me to make an appointment first as well but the staffs were very kind and took a look at my bike right away. They lent me their bike while mine was being repaired. And after a few days I received an SMS that my bike was ready for a pickup. I highly recommend this shop.

A few weeks ago I had a bent link on the chain of my new gravel bike which caused it to intermittently skip. I took it to the shop where they quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it immediately for a reasonable price. The person who helped me was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this shop. In fact, I will visit the shop tomorrow for another repair.

Dont go! I have never seen such a rude person(the old guy). He was extra rude to me because I am not german. Even though he knew English, he only spoke to me German. I didn't understand why, but he had lots of fun, just because of my bike was old(?). I suggest him to go to a psychiatrist asap. You are not the only bike repair in the city.

I have been here twice for modications and general services for my city bike. I have two giant wooden crates mounted on my bike for transportation of "stuff" like groceries, so my bike is rather heavy. Repair shops in the area complain about the weight of my bike and does not welcome my business, but the guys here don't care because they have a pully system that lifts up the bike effortessly. The staff here are generally friendly and competent. I am unsure whether they can speak english though, as I have always been speaking german with them. The wait can sometimes be a little long when there are mutliple customers, which is normal because they seem to have a lot of business. I would recommend them if you live the area and would like a pain-free bike-service experience :)

Don't go there! They have a bloody rude service. The woman was - to put it nicely - pretty incompetent and the man seemed to be too afraid to repair my tyre and tried to convince me I had to pay over 200 quid for it, which would have been a rip-off at its best. The woman I talked with before tried to charge me 78 bucks for the tyre with a waiting time of two days as I didn't have an appointment. On top of it, those two people were swearing to each other all the time. I left and went to the next store where they were able to fix my tyre within 20 minutes for €50.

Both my partner and I had our bikes serviced here separately. We were both highly impressed with the level of service and integrity of the staff. On both occasions, the front staff member examined our bike and fixed our issues without going overboard and charging us for things we didn't need. I think that kind of service is very rare to see these days. Thank you Fahrradwerkstatt ET - you have won us as two customers!

This place is amazing, I had my bicycle seat Stolen, and I had a replacement seat but the metal bar was too small, the shop assistant sold me one that was correct, but unfortunately the set was still loose, I had to make a return trip to the shop , the people had no problems to help me out again, all of this costed me 5 minutes waiting, and everything was fine, the cost was so cheap , paying by cards no problems.and the service is fast, and all on a Friday afternoon,WOW ,Thanx

Expertise and one can get an appointment within a few days. That is not possible at other bike shops in Frankfurt. Highly recommended.
