I'd rather not even write this review, but I don't know what else to do: Three weeks ago, I ordered a jersey and paid via PayPal. Everything went perfectly. The website says shipping would take about three days. Now three weeks have passed, and I haven't heard anything about shipping or anything like that. Calls to the shop during opening hours aren't answered, requests for a callback aren't responded to, and emails, of course, aren't responded to either. I've now applied for buyer protection with PayPal because I don't know what else to do. It makes me angry and a little sad, as I was just getting to know FSV a bit. But things like this just seem dubious and don't go down well. So, all I can do is issue a warning and not recommend buying from them! It's a shame, but what else can I say...

The FSV fan shop is somewhat hidden away in a small office within the stadium complex. The selection of items is limited. Payment is accepted in cash and by card.

Admittedly, you can't compare it to a large fan shop from the first division, but that only applies to the size. It's the size of an office, but there's a wide selection, even more than at your own Bundesliga club, for example. Wolfsburg had a large fan shop, but it only had five products, which wasn't the case here; there were what felt like 20 different products in a small office. The staff are also very friendly; they're highly recommended!
