I had to edit my own comment because I had another great experience with this shop (in November 2023). I had a flat rear tire and dropped by on a Saturday. I was a bit worried about my German because my vocab in the biking area is pretty poor, but he helped me in English which gave me great relief. The price was 29,50 including mounting etc. for changing the rear tire tube on an e-bike, which I found reeeally reasonable. He offered to do it within 2 hours, though I didn't have any appointment! I thought he first said it would cost 36EUR and I thought that was reasonable too, but at the end it was even cheaper somehow. I asked for the price for changing the front brake cable because I thought it was getting a little bit worn out, then he answered "it's 11euro including everything but you don't need to change it for at least another year or two." What a honest business he's running! I'll definitely go back there whenever I have problems with my bike. Thank you!! ---- (the comment below is from January 2023)--- I just dropped by because I had a problem with my bike on the way home and the guy helped me right away. He didn't even charge me at all and just put my bike in the state where I can somehow make it home. Too bad that he doesn't do inspection for e-bikes, but I'm glad that I know where to go, next time I have a problem with my bike.

Christian is very helpful and very honest about the money he takes. Each time I’ve been here he has been kind and helpful. As an aside, I noticed that he also wears a lovely Navi timer watch. Caught my eye. And I asked about it. Glad that this place exists in the neighbourhood.

I have been several times as I had constant issues with my Bike and every time received excellent advise and value for money. Very friendly and competent and professional. So happy to have this place in Sachsenhausen.

Super helpful and competent service. I got an appointment here within 2 weeks, whereas all other places I called had a waiting time of 4-5 weeks. Prices are also very genuine and affordable. This is my go-to place for all future needs! Thanks team :-)

I took my bike there to have the chain repaired. In 24 hrs it was ready and it was really cheap. The owner is kind as well! The best in Frankfurt!

I was going to only buy a new chain for my bike, but the staff offered to change it in the store immediately. Fast service (10 minutes and it was ready) and a fair price. I also had my brakes adjusted and the air in my tires checked. Definitely recommended.
