I had an appointment for an Analysis here. The employee was clearly not interested. No questions were asked regarding my preferences or wishes and after running over the track, the employee tossed three boxes to my feet and left me alone. Further support was not given, and the employee proceeded chatting with other customers. I purchased one of the suggested shoes, only to find that it was complete incorrect for me and has since caused me injuries. As returns are not possible, this was a massive waste of money and time to get an injury. Avoid this shop!

If you have problems with the bought shoe, please come back with the shoe and we will look after it and will switch to the correct shoe, you will not have any problems. They were suggested by a friend, so we walked in, were warmly greeted, explained I am training for a half-marathon and then a marathon, they filmed me running, my foot, analysed my posture, brought out half-a-dozen different shoes, tried them all, negotiated the right size and style and purchased a great shoe at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? I was under the impression they know enough about each brand & model in specific that they proposed me. Will fully recommend to all!

I visited this store while on vacation, and it was my first time here. The store was very crowded, and as I walked in to look at shoes, a staff member suddenly began shouting at me in German in front of everyone because I hadn’t taken a number and waited — something I only realized afterwards. This could have been handled much more politely. It’s not an obvious system for a shoe store, especially for new visitors, and being publicly embarrassed was unnecessary. Overall, it left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place.

always a great experience - they are very nice and knowledgeable. I had to exchange shoes after a short trial, since they did not really worked for me, and they took them back after an inspection of the shoes. Totally recommend them as your running shoe provider 👍

Amazing service and hospitality! They have up to date technologies and a lot of knowledge and patience to find the perfect shoe for you. Definitely recommend!! I arrived spontaneously without a meeting and had to wait a bit, so I would recommend booking a slot on their website.

Awesome Store! • The staff is fluent in German and English, very competent on examining the customer and able to give the most fitting advice/offer to you. • The shoes have fair prices and are even cheaper compared to other stores that you know. • Most outstanding is the encouragement and offer to have test-runs outside the store on the street with the shoes you consider to buy! This is something i never encountered before, as other stores see an action like that as loss of value of the product and then being unable to offer that product to other customers. The philosophy, mindset and approach of this store is very effective, to the point, logical and customer friendly. I wish them success and only the best, so that they might be able to expand so more people in more places will be able to experience this great service. This is a great example on "business done right!"

Great advice, top running shop! I’ve got my first carbon plate running shoes there after trying 5-6 pairs from different manufactures indoors and outdoors. Friendly, patient and professional service, extensive and very informative analysis and individual tips on how to improve your running technique. Thank you Janis! Highly recommended place!

Guys working at the shop were very helpful. First I bought a pair and when I tried it on my run next day it didn't fit me. When i brought it back, they offered 3-4 other models and helped pick the perfect one. You can take shoes for a quick run outside the shop, which is great
