Over the past twelve years, I've bought several road bikes, a gravel bike, three e-bikes, and a women's bike there. It's the best shop. Superb, unbiased advice, no one tries to push anything on you, everything is done promptly, and above all, the after-sales service is outstanding.

We were absolutely thrilled with this bike shop. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took plenty of time to provide expert and honest advice. It's immediately clear that they have genuine expertise – nothing was sugarcoated; instead, they transparently explained various options and offered sensible suggestions. My partner and I each bought a bike here. Despite our very different heights, it wasn't a problem at all – they found perfectly fitting bikes for both of us. We're extremely happy with our choice. We also particularly appreciated that the service doesn't end with the purchase: the team remains readily available and helpful even afterward. A definite recommendation – we would shop there again in a heartbeat!

Now I understand the negative comments. I was just there with an expensive gravel bike because the front brake was slightly rubbing. He didn't even look at the bike. I'd have to make an appointment. They must be doing really well, because I actually wanted to order a new Colnago V5Rs there as a company bike and get some information about it today. Oh well, it's not possible without an appointment. I'll just buy the bike somewhere else now.

i took the bike to the store to replace tire tubes, at first he said i have to order tubes because i don't have any, but when he found out i have tubes with me, he said i have enough to do, i can't replace it!!!! he was a very unfriendly person. i had to take the bike back about 1 km.
