After searching for a new bike repair shop for our Giants, we came across "Fahrrad Intra" in Sossenheim. We received excellent advice. Subsequently, both our bikes received first-class service. We were always well-informed and given helpful advice. We were also planning a new purchase, and here too, the advice was top-notch. Our questions about equipment and other requests were addressed professionally and implemented accordingly. They clearly live and breathe cycling here. All questions are explained in an easy-to-understand way. However, you should allow some time – it's well worth it! We feel very well taken care of. Our thanks go to the owners and the mechanic. Fantastic, keep it up!

I purchased my Lease a Bike company bike through another retailer, but I've been to Intra twice now – and both times they were incredibly helpful. They resolved my issues immediately and handled as much as possible through the leasing insurance. You can tell it's a family business: friendly, personal, and straightforward. I felt well taken care of every time and will definitely be back.

One should take the time to visit the store as it can get quite busy and the owner Markus spends considerable amount of time with each customer to explain or help them with any issue. After visiting several other local bike shops (both large and small), we found the perfect home at Fahrrad Intra. They aren't the biggest bike shop around but they are the best. Their level of experience is unmatched. During our first visit, they spent over an hour working directly with us to find the perfect bike for my wife. They focused on helping us find the bike that best suited her needs, rather than just the most expensive bike available. Their customer service and communication was far better than any of the other shops we had visited. I've gone back several times since then for various repairs, as well as to just ask questions and learn a bit more about bike maintenance. They have always been helpful and friendly (and they're patient when I attempt to practice my German). You might be able to find certain parts/equipment cheaper online or at a big shop, but the professionalism, quality of services and personal attention offered at INTRA are absolutely worth it. They are the best value around.
