I've had several very negative experiences at this branch. The staff are unfortunately not at all friendly, and you're more likely to be turned away than helped. The first time, I wanted to return a pair of pants I'd ordered online that were too big. Instead of helping me, I was simply referred to another branch, with the explanation that this branch was "too small" and couldn't accept online returns – completely incomprehensible! Then I wanted to buy a T-shirt that, according to the price tag, should have cost €15, but at the checkout, it was suddenly €25. The cashier just said rudely, "That costs €25," without even looking at it. Another time, I wanted to exchange a pair of gloves I'd bought for my husband. They were still in their original packaging, so unused. Nevertheless, I was told that an exchange wasn't possible "for hygienic reasons" – completely illogical when the packaging is unopened. Honestly: absolutely disappointing! No willingness to help, no service, unfriendly staff. If I could, I'd give zero stars. The stores on Zeil and in the MTZ are 100 times better – there you're treated kindly and the customer service is excellent.

Really good service! The shoe wasn't available in the color I wanted, and the employee went to great lengths to ensure I could order it and get it delivered. It's rare to receive such good service. I'll definitely come back here next time!

The saleswoman's behavior was extremely unprofessional. She was incredibly rude and spoke in a disrespectful manner. Her behavior was inappropriate and outrageous – with strange, irrelevant questions and an aggressive way of speaking. Absolutely not recommended.

Except for one young woman, the staff is terrible! I bought some sneakers, but I'm not going back for sure. The man turned his back on me as if I didn't exist with the sentence "my English is bad" and we had already communicated before that. Even if it's true, it's not right for him to exclude me like that. I was eager to get new sneakers, but next time I will choose any other store for my money, where they at least treat me with respect.

V bad coz I ordered slides since two week when go to pick didnt arrive and staff said me to gv xtra money buy new and come next week to pick and xchange..highly disappointed..it take 2 hr plus to go there and they behave like this ..highly un professional..
