I had a shifting problem with my new Canyon bike where the 3 smallest gears could not be used at all. I booked an appointment online and I went there on time. The guys immediately started fixing my problem and were done in maybe an hour, I took my bike for a test and it was perfect!. Since my bike was new and under warranty I also did not pay a thing. Perfect service.
