For me, the Karl von Drais store is the absolute benchmark in terms of service, expertise, and atmosphere. I had a Custom Factor Ostro VAM 2.0 configured there and received incredible expert advice from Pascal. He was so dedicated that I ended up with a truly unique paint job – a real one-of-a-kind! You can immediately tell that they're not just making a sale here, but that there's a passion for the product and for the customer. I'd also like to particularly highlight the after-sales service: They take their time with inspections, and adjustments are also carried out extremely carefully and without any hassle. That's exactly what you want from a high-end bike. Antonio is the most caring workshop mechanic you could imagine – he works on your bike with such calm, precision, and heart. But the entire team is incredibly welcoming: You walk in, are greeted by name, and immediately feel at home. All in all, every visit to Karl von Drais is a truly special experience: top-notch expertise, incredibly warm service, a perfectly maintained custom bike, really good coffee, and a store with wonderful vibes. That's exactly why I keep coming back from Munich or Stuttgart to Frankfurt – a heartfelt recommendation!

A truly wonderful, honest, and patient consultation. I had ordered a bike through Bikeleasing. When it turned out on-site that the frame was too small, we were able to cancel everything. Thanks to the staff's great patience, I was able to test different frame sizes and gears until I felt confident in my decision. Ultimately, I received an even nicer and better-fitting bike for the same price, and my wishes were taken into account, with components adjusted. All this happened very quickly. 100% recommended

Great location and showroom with a view. I was there for "Commerce United, the Frankfurt trade meetup." A very welcoming and friendly team. The bike business and flagship store are clearly a passion project for them. They shared top-notch expertise and facilitated excellent networking.
