Owner is really rude. Not surprised to see that many other reviews make the same complaint about the owner. There is a different bike shop just down the block and I had a much better experience there.

I can only recommend this bike repair shop. The gentleman quickly found an appointment for me in couple of days (in the middle of bike season). However, he decided to take a look at the bike right away. I thought that there was something wrong with the gear shift, but he immediately noticed that the back wheel was not centered correctly. He fixed that in a few minutes and oiled the chain. He charged nothing for it and was very kind and talkative.

Came with my old bike for a quick fix and repair, the guy at the shop quickly checked and replaced my dynamo fixing my lights, spotted my bike pose was broken and fixed it too, helped me picked my seat cover and basket that fit my bike. Overall, the shop was super helpful, got the job done quickly and very friendly.

Only go there if you want to be insulted by the owner. He started to insult me just after I said hello. Unfortunately I can have only one guess for such a behavior. I am really sorry for the employees who have to work in this shop for this owner, that shouldn't be easy.

I bought a two mudguards and after I bought it he told me I should fix it my self. I tried for half an hour and I needed some tools which he lent to me, at the end I wanted to see if I had done it rightly, so I asked if he could check. He told me when am I supposed to do my job. I told him this is your job, the fact that you sold it doesn't mean you have no responsibility to the customer. Then he got in a rage and shouted shout I put a self service board? I said, why not? Mcdonald and starbucks does it. It asssumed that you serve the customers other that when you don't. That is the norm. I left back my mud guard and left the shop and said you can have it as a gift. I am not going to buy whole tool set and spend 2 hours learning to fix a mud guard. In summary, an arrogant owner who has established him self and plays monopoly. I wish some good immigrants learn his skill and give his lazy arrogant attitude some good competition.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I have had some problems with the reparation of my bicycle. The tire of my bike was replaced by one that was too big for the mud guard. The tire was replaced for free, but it had caused some damage, as my wheel frame being misshaped. Also I could no longer use my 1st gear after the reparation. Furthermore, I had to get my breaks attached. For one of them I had the cable already, and the other cable I had to buy. Nevertheless I was still charged 35 euros, which I found a bit expensive. Also the breaks get stuck every time I use them, which is quite annoying.

Took my bike in for a basic tune up and tube replacement. One day later, tire was flat. Took it back and found out they had installed it incorrectly. They put in a new tube free of charge which after one day also started leaking and eventually went flat. Finally, the back tire also popped due to improper installation.
