When I had to visit Montimare Bikeshop, their staff were incredibly helpful to me. I had to get something done in a short notice, a kind assistant of theirs swiftly assisted me in helping me out. Communicative, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend everyone to visit this shop in particular if you are willing to purchase a bike or have any issues with one. This is the best bike shop in Frankfurt.

I bought a bottle of chain oil at the start of August '25. After a 3 months northern Europe bike trip there was still some left over. I dropped into their shop and they were happy to take what was left over. Smiles all around brightened up a grey rainy day in Frankfurt. Thanks guys, see you next time I am in Germany. No other shops in Frankfurt would even look at my ebike due to the manufacturer. Not only were they willing to work on it, they had it fixed within the hour. Great people, great service, could not recommend more and would definitely come back for any bike needs.

I am writing this review because I bought a Cube Nuroad Race FE from this store and I am very satisfied by their great customer service. I have been postponing buying a new bicycle for almost a year just because it was just so confusing for me all the pros and cons of every model. My friend recommended that I visit this store. I was helped by Valentin. What I really liked is that he gave me great advice. A lot of stuff that I wanted to buy, he actually advised me that I don't need. He also gave me great ideas on what accessoroes to get. He was professional but also genuine. This made the whole process of buying a new bicycle super smooth and enjoyable. I bought a bicycle right away and then I visited again to pick up the bicycle and buy some accessories. I am very grateful for their service. And I greatly recommend.

Great service, very friendly staff and fair pricing for the services. Went to check out some bikes and sizing for a future purchase, and got my bike serviced in the same time. Didn't come for that but my problem came up during a conversation and the worker serviced my bike right away. It was so fast and professional that I came back the following day with my wife's bike

Came here today with a fully worn out outer back tire. Had already purchased a new one at a different bike repair shop, but it did not fit. The very kind workers immediately came to my help and figured out what tire I needed. After searching for a bit they found the right one. To top off their already amazing service, we got the tire for free in exchange for the tire we bought earlier. Very pleased with their service, would definitely recommend!

We got help right away here, and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Came to try out the Cube Nuroad, which they had in men’s and women’s styles which was perfect. They have a good outdoor space to try out the bikes on. All in all a very nice experience.

Hmm. A big no. They took almost 100 euros to repair the transmission of my bike, but the problem occurred again after a few weeks. Gone back to the shop, they accepted reluctantly to check my bike without appointment, and gave me my bike back the day after saying that the problem was now solved. Guess what? The problem was still there, and now I'd rather pay again someone else more competent, instead of going back there and having them treat me like they were doing me a favor. I wasted my money, I'll deal with it. Besides, 100 euros wasted for nothing, not even new parts as none was installed, they just tightened a couple of screws.

Fantastic service at this bike shop. My husband & I needed two touring bikes and we were arriving from New Zealand so had to organise by email. They were very patient with all my questions, organised the bikes and had them ready for us the day we arrived. Much care was taken putting them together and they haven’t missed a beat. Thanks Montimare and highly recommend this shop
