I sent my bike for regular maintenance. But they changed brake cable for me without noticing . At the end I had to pay 25 euros more than I should and which I was not required. Even tho they gave me 50% on the extra part .. but still . I need to pay for what I did not want to have ..

Totally overpriced bike repair shop. Unless you have a several thousand euros bike to be fixed, they will make the minimum effort and even make some mistakes. They threw away some parts on my bike without telling me and replaced them with lower quality ones. First time last time. 274€ for transmission and rear wheel replacement. They overestimate the working time necessary for repair. That's their scam.

Best of class af quick service, plus smiling and helpful expert staff. Recommend for quick fix issues and for maintenance and large repair as well. Prices are generally okay, but biking not a cheap hobby.

Great professional-looking workshop and fantastic service. I bought an old used bike and took it in to be looked over and refreshed. The service professional, Adrian, clearly knew what he was doing, was very friendly. He provided honest advice (in English!) with seemingly no intention to upsell me on additional services and repairs. He also took the time to answer my very basic novice-level questions and was patient throughout the process. I will definitely go back to them with all my future bike-related needs.

Great experience. Got an appointment same day, and was greeted by very friendly staff. I had quite a minor issue and the staff walked me through what to do in any case this happens again. 10/10 would recommend. Card payment possible but bring some cash to throw into their tip box.

Superb service! Had an issue with the electronics on my e-bike and they were able to fix it. It is a bit on the pricey side, but they had an appointment right away and it was all done to a very high standard. Had a quick chat with the workshop boss, a cool chap. Even got a coffee when I picked it up. Would come back here every time.

We had an emergency and visited this spot. The guys know their job. They are so polite, super efficient and will assist you like no other store! Kenneth and the rest of the team went out of their way to take care of the problem immediately! Well done guys! Will def spread the word!

Extremely professional and well organised workshop. I used to be a bike mechanic, I wish I could have worked in a place like this back then. Good communication, experienced staff, short waiting times. They can fix anything and will give you honest advice and not talk down at you because you just have a basic bike, but can also fix high quality sports bikes. Robin

I'm very happy to have found a good bike workshop in Frankfurt where they are friendly, affordable and knowledgeable! I have been to one before and it cost a fortune to get a new tyre! 100% will be going back to get mine and my girlfriend's bikes serviced/fixed when needed!
